BOOKING CONDITIONS:
Payment
A deposit of 25% of the total rental is required at the time of booking which will not be confirmed until the deposit has been
received. The balance of the rental together with a £500 security deposit are payable six weeks before the date on which the
holiday commences. Casa Coniglio Limited reserves the right to cancel the booking and retain the deposit if the balance is not
paid by that date.

Cancellations
In case of cancellation the following refunds will apply:
More than twelve weeks before start of holiday: deposit refunded.

Six to twelve weeks before start of holiday: deposit forfeit.
Less than six weeks before start of holiday: total rental forfeit.
Cancellation must be in writing and signed by the person who made the original booking and the effective date of cancellation
shall be the date of receipt thereof. If the villa can be relet for part or all of the period booked any income received less the
expenses of cancellation and readvertising and letting etc. may be refunded against the forfeited deposit or rental.

Security deposit
A deposit of £500 is required payable with the final balance of the rental. This will be held as security against the cost of
telephone calls and any loss or damage to the villa and/or its contents and will be refunded upon completion of the holiday less
the cost of any such telephone calls repairs or replacements which may be necessary other than those arising from normal
wear and tear. The amount of this security deposit does not limit clients' liability in the event that they or their guests cause loss
or damage to a value greater than the sum deposited.

Use of the villa
The villa will become available to guests from 3.00 pm on the first day of their booking and must be vacated by noon on the
day of departure. The villa may be used only for the purposes of a private holiday residence by the guests listed on the
booking form and may not be sublet or assigned. Guests must ensure that they do not cause nuisance or annoyance to the
occupiers of neighbouring property or land, or do anything that might prejudice the villa owner's insurance policies, and they
must not bring any animals onto the premises.

Damage
It is the responsibility of guests upon completion of their holiday to leave the villa and its contents in good order and the
furnishings in their proper places as they found them and to inform the owner or the owner's housekeeper or management
company promptly of any loss or damage to the premises or their contents. Guests undertake to pay for all such reinstatement
loss or damage other than that resulting from fair wear and tear.

Indemnity
Casa Coniglio Limited and Mrs. Eugenia A. Sikdar her family,agents, employees and servants shall not be liable for any
accident injury loss or damage of any nature whatsoever suffered by clients and/or their guests howsoever caused whether by
negligence or otherwise whilst in or upon the premises of Casa Coniglio or arising from their rental agreement their occupation
of or travel to or from the villa or any incident connected therewith. Clients and guests are responsible for taking all necessary
safety precautions.

Insurance
It is a condition of booking that all guests shall be fully covered by comprehensive Holiday Travel Insurance including
cancellation and sickness cover.
