Please do not send any money until they have confirmed that your preferred dates are available. They will then send you a booking form and hold those dates for you pending receipt of your form and deposit.

Bookings will be confirmed, subject to availability, on receipt of a signed booking form and a nonreturnable deposit of 25% of the total rental. The security deposit held will be £500. We regret we are unable to accept bookings by clients not covered by an adequate travel insurance policy.

Prices include

• Rental of the villa for holiday purposes only. • Electricity, gas and water. • Toilet paper, soap • Use of telephone for incoming calls; outgoing calls are chargeable • Garden and pool maintenance including chemicals.
