pretty flower bed and the fragrantly scented
bell shaped flowers of a lovely Datura tree, up
to the main terrace and pool. Another set of
steps lead from here to the roof terrace from
which there are magnificent panoramic views
over nearly thirty miles of the coastline as far as
Armacao de Pera to the west and beyond
Faro to the east..
with the sea visible (heat haze permitting!) all along the horizon. The terrace
extends round two sides of the living room, some of it shaded by the overhang of
the roof terrace (on the left, the view from the roof terrace). The lower terrace is
several metres wide and provides more than enough room for the eight sun
loungers, two patio tables with sun umbrellas and their eight dining chairs (more if
requested) provided. The pool can be heated on request.
